WELCOME ... since 1889, the Washington DC Alumni Chapter has been supporting the Washington DC Metropolitan Area Alumni and our Local Undergraduate Chapters as well as Sigma Chi on the whole.

      The goal of this site is to continue that tradition and to keep our brotherhood informed on what is happening in the area that impacts the Fraternity and it's brothers. This site will also provide information for our local active chapters and recently graduated brothers coming to the area who would like to affliate themselves with the chapter as alumni or are just visiting the Nation's Capital.

      Prospective members and brothers visiting the DC area are welcome to join us for our monthly luncheons held on the 2nd Thursday at 11:30 AM at Buca di Peppo 1825 Connecticut Ave, NW, from January through December of each year. We also sponsor a Congressional Luncheon biennially and annual events at local various local venues (e.g., Wolf Trap, Six Flags, Kennedy Center, etc.). Derby Day is held each May.
